Kirjan talo: A Queer little night

The Book House  presents: A Queer Little Night:
This year, you are welcome to spend a  dreamy August  Pride night with us Fri 30th August/ 30.8.2024 18:00-23.00  

You may begin with attending the gallery exhibition opening of artist and philosopher Arwen Rosenburg-Meereboer. After that, please  stay for a specifically Queer-themed open mic! Let’s have some whimsical poetic fun!

Languages: are going to be Finnish, English – other languages encouraged during open mic (we often hear Swedish and Arabic at our events)

Notice please! 
– The building is  fully wheelchair accessible, with a rough and cobbled courtyard which may present a challenge
– Parking spaces are quite limited
– Large lift and ramps over key obstacles. Downstairs toilet is fully equipped disabled toilet. 
– The event itself shouldn’t be very noisy (spoken word)
