Join us at Event Kitchen for a unique, family-style shared pop-up dinner by Under Ytan‘s Joel Lindholm and Viktor Eriksson from the Åland Islands!
Under Ytan is a brilliant start-up run by two hospitality professionals dedicated to helping the Baltic Sea thrive. Through their regenerative business model, they aim to restore more than we consume by farming seaweed, strengthening ecosystems and reducing aquatic degradation. Now they bring their harvest straight to your plate.
This is a two-hour dining experience for a small group of 20 guests. Expect a fun and intimate evening centred around a shared meal of tasty small plates, paired with discussions about the seaweed project and the Baltic Sea. The simple menu showcases incredible flavours of the sea combined with local ingredients, featuring creative bites such as Baltic fish buns, bladderwrack with pickled onion, ulvachurri and other delicacies from our seas, depending on the catch and harvest of the day.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking so we can accommodate them as well as possible. Due to the nature of the themed menu, we are unable to adapt it to be fish-free or seaweed-free, so please keep this in mind.
