This summer, Turku offers a unique opportunity to dive into the enchanting world of Barbie dolls. The dolls featured in the exhibition are part of an extraordinary collection, including rare collector’s items, many of which will be exhibited in Finland for the first time.
The Virtual Art House metaverse platform is now ready for testing. We have a virtual cultural centre, pioneered on an international level in partnership with Proverse, where we will be able to present in real time all forms of culture, and also soon work together with professionals from the CULTURHUB community, for example. How will the Virtual Art House events be created – and can you get involved?
The VAH will be launched by Extra Live event, opening in June 2025. We received applications from cultural professionals from every continent around the world except Antarctica through CULTURHUB. The opportunities to get involved don’t stop there, our aim is to expand this environment so that the use of the space can be extended to all partners of the Art House Turku. The number of floors in our virtual skyscraper is unlimited.
