4TH OF JULY 2026: ACOUSTIC AND ELECTRONIC
- 04.07.2026 kl. 18.00—22.00
Courtyard

On the Fourth of July, some people may be celebrating their national day far beyond the sea. In Turku, we celebrate to the rhythm of electronic and acoustic music. Santeri Seessalo, Possible Space, Pulse Lab and ZAIDA<3 are performing on the courtyard stage of the Taiteen Talo.
Santeri Seessalo is a Turku troubadour with a cult reputation who plays autobiographical naive rock, regardless of trends or seasons. He has released seven albums in a short time.
Possible Space’s electronic music merges styles from industrial to pop and from prog to disco. Cosmic metro tunnels lead from abandoned ruins to unknown shores. Turku-based Robert Storm has made eight albums under the name Possible Space. “Where I Was Standing (12 Months of Frustration)” was released in 2024.
Pulse Lab’s electronic pop combines an optimistic sound with melancholy, a hope that seeks to overcome despair, and an irony that questions the standards of society. On Pulse Lab’s second album “Virtually Alive,” singer-songwriter Dasha Larks has brought elements of nudisco and funk.
ZAIDA<3 is a 24-year-old storyteller who has strayed from Helsinki to Turku, and who not only sings, but lives on stage with every song.
The songs are born from great emotions and experiences where the world does not always bend to the same mold, and the lightness of the ukulele is combined with words that sometimes cut and sometimes give a hug.
