JUHANNUSTANSSIT goes JUHANNUSTEMPAUS

Accordionist Raimo Leppänen will be present at the event. Visitors will be offered all kinds of relaxed summer fun and a chance to get their feet wet. The event will also feature music from Turku Student Theatre’s JUHANNUSTANSSIT, composed by Lena Patta & Yasmin Iacovone.

JUHANNUSTEMPAUS is part of Hannu Salama’s original work JUHANNUSTANSSIT from 1964, which premieres at Lieto’s Vanhalinna on 12 July. The work, which will be performed in summer 2024, is directed and dramatised by Janita Hakanen. JUHANNUSTANSSIT is part of the Turku Student Theatre’s 65th anniversary programme.
