I am a visual artist and visual arts teacher from northern Finland (MA, MEd). Since 2018, I have worked as an artist and as a visual arts teacher since 2020.

Expanding the concept of a human, the multidimensional nature of our inner nature and the relationship with the outer nature are themes that I have dealt with in my art recently. I explore these themes through different techniques and materials, the main focus in painting. I work with heavily thinned paint, which makes the process very intuitive and intense. When I start a new art piece, I don’t know exactly how the end result will look like, so I have to rely on chance. I am happy to organize courses and workshops in the fields of painting, graphics and ceramics for groups of all levels.
