Hey! I’m Jukka Hakanen, a visual artist and designer from Turku. My particular areas of interest include urban cultures and public art. I hold a master’s degree in industrial design from Aalto University, and my journey into the world of visual arts began in the early 2000s sparked by an interest in street art. Over the past decade, I have specialized in creating large-scale wall paintings and have had the privilege of contributing to the development of Finnish mural culture.

I work at Art House Turku, where I design and implement my works for public spaces and create smaller gallery pieces.
